In July, 1997, FCR Vietnam entered into a Business Cooperation Contract (BCC) with the national operator, VNPT, to provide financial, technical and managerial assistance in connection with the installation of 540,000 new
lines in the eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City.

The contract calls for the construction of 540,000 telephone lines in Ho Chi Minh province over a period of 7 years for an amount of 467 Million USD, as well as an ambitious training program evaluated to 15 Million USD.learn more...
